[FONT=times new roman][B][B]اصبحت واذا امسيت قال قل[/B][/B][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B] "اللهم عالم الغيب والشهادة فاطر[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]السماوات والارض رب كل شىء ومليكه ،[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله أنت أعوذ بك من شر نفسى وشر الشيطان[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]وشركه ، وأن نقترف سوءاً على أنفسنا أو نجره على مسلم "[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][B]قله اذا اصحبت واذا امسيت واذا اخذت مضجعك رواه الترمذى[/B][/B] [/FONT]

[FONT=times new roman][B][B]فلينفض فراشة بداخلة ازاره فانه لا يدرى ما خلفه عليه ثم يقول[/B][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]" باسمك ربى وضعت جنبى وبك ارفعه ان امسك نفسى فارحمها[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]وان ارسلتها فاحفظها بما تحفظ بها عبادك الصالحين "[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]

[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]اسال الله العظيم رب العرش العظيم ان يشفيك : إلا عافاه الله من[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman][B][COLOR=green][COLOR=green][B]ذلك المرض"[/B][/COLOR][/COLOR][/B][B][B]رواه أبو داود والترمذى وقال حديث حسن وقال[/B][/B][/FONT]
