عرضت قناة NBC الإخبارية الأمريكية تقريراً مصوراً صرحت فيه أن هناك حوالى عشرين ألف أمريكى يدخلون فى الإسلام كل عام ، 75% من هؤلاء من النساء والفتيات. وأن عدد الذين يدخلون فى الإسلام من الأمريكيين والأوربيين والأمريكيين اللاتينيين والأفارقة ، يتزايدون بشكل كبير.
