[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]هـ - التأديب : للزوج تأديب زوجته عند عصيانها[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]أمره بالمعروف لا بالمعصية ؛ لأن الله تعالى أمر بتأديب النساء بالهجر والضرب عند[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]عدم طاعتهن[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] . [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]وقد ذكر[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]الحنفية أربعة مواضع يجوز فيها للزوج تأديب زوجته بالضرب ، منها : ترك الزينة إذا[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]أراد الزينة، ومنها : ترك الإجابة إذا دعاها إلى الفراش وهي طاهرة ، ومنها : ترك[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=AdvertisingMedium]الصلاة ، ومنها : الخروج من البيت بغير إذنه[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=black][FONT=&quot] .
