[COLOR=#ff0000]و لكن على من يريد الفتوى أن يسأل أهل الفتوى المفوضين بذلك

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]يجب أن تعلم أن لكل صلاة وقتين[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]وقت أداء و وقت قضاء[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و وقت الآداء له ثلاثة أوقات هى :[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#002060][FONT=Times New Roman]وقت بداية و وقت وسط [/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#002060][FONT=Times New Roman]و وقت نهاية[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]( أول الوقت رضوان الله و وسط الوقت رحمة الله [/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]و أخر الوقت عفو الله عز و جل )[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]أخرجه الدارقطنى[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و وقت البداية يسميه الفقهاء وقت فضيلة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]لأنه من الأفضل للعبد أن يؤدى الصلاة فيه [/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]حتى ينال رضوان الله عز و جل[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و قد سُئل النبى صلى الله عليه و سلم[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]أى الأعمال أفضل[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فقال[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]( الصلاة لوقتها[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]أى فى أول وقتها )[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]أخرجه الحاكم و الدارقطنى[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][/CENTER]
[/CENTER]
[CENTER][CENTER][B][U][COLOR=#002060][FONT=Times New Roman]و وقت الوسط[/FONT][/COLOR][/U][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]يسميه الفقهاء وقت توسعة أو وقتا أختياريا[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و هو ما يلى وقت الفضيلة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]أى بعد الوقت الذى يشمل الأذان و الأقامة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و تحصيل شروط الصلاة من طهارة و ستر عورة و إستقبال قبلة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و لقد أسماه الفقهاء بذلك لأنه وقت موسع[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]يجوز للعبد أن يؤخر الصلاة عن وقت الفضيلة إليه[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]دون أن يتعرض لسخط الله و غضبه[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و أما نهاية الوقت فيسميه الفقهاء وقت الضرورة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]أى لا يجوز تأخير الصلاة إليه إلا لضرورة شرعية[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][/CENTER]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#002060][FONT=Times New Roman][U]وقت الضرورة[/U][/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]هو الوقت الذى لا يسع إلا صلاة ركعة بتمامها[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]بعد تحصيل شروط الصلاة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]يقدر بربع ساعة على وجه التقريب[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]هذا فاذا خرج الوقت[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و جاء وقت صلاة أخرى[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فقد أصبحت الصلاة التى فات وقتها قضاءا أى دينا فى ذمة العبد[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]يجب عليه الوفاء به[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و يعتبر بهذا التأخير عاصيا لله عصيانا الله أعلم بتقديره[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]قال تعالى[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]إلا للضرورة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فمن نام عن الصلاة حتى خرج وقتها[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]لا يكون أثماً[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]بل عليه أن يصلى متى أستيقظ[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]ما دامت نيته عند النوم كانت متجهة لإدراك الصلاة قبل خروج وقتها[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فعن أبى قتاده رضى الله عنه قال[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]سرنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم ليلة[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فقال بعض القوم[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]لو عرست بنا يا رسول الله[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]قال[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]( أخاف أن تناموا عن الصلاة )[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فقال بلال[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]أنا أوقظكم[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فأضطجعوا[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و أسند بلال ظهره إلى راحلته فغلبته عيناه فنام[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فأستيقظ النبى صلى الله عليه و سلم[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]و قد طلع حاجب الشمس فقال[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#006600][FONT=Times New Roman]( يا بلال اين ماقلت )[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]فقال[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]ما ألقيت على نومة مثلها قط[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]

[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]التعريس[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]هو البيات ليلا[/FONT][/COLOR][/B][B][COLOR=#660066][FONT=Times New Roman]
